HIGH-PERFORMANCE—ASYNCHRONOUS MECHANISM
Recommended for computer-intensive work environments.
The multifunctional asynchronous mechanism allows the user
to independently position and lock the angle of the back relative
to the seat, and the angle of the seat relative to the floor.
Free-floating tilt and infinite locking within a fixed range can
both be achieved providing fine-tuned adjustability. Adjustable
tension modifies the level of resistance to suit the user. The
forward angle adjustment allows users to transfer some of their
body weight to the floor, and opens the angle of the legs relative
to the torso for improved circulation to the legs and a welcome
alternative in posture for long-term computer use.
ACTIVE ERGONOMICS—VARIABLE SYNCHRO-TILT
For individuals who balance computing and other activities.
Variable synchro-tilt causes the back to recline at a 2-to-1 ratio
relative to the seat. This opens the angle between legs and torso
…also providing increased circulation. Five-position locking
allows the user to secure the chair in the desired posture, or tilt
freely. The forward angle adjustment control allows the user to
select two forward positions, or three reclining positions.

PASSIVE ERGONOMICS—MID-RANGE KNEE TILT
…an economical solution, suited for people who perform
a variety of tasks. Knee tilt with upright lock allows workers to
recline easily while keeping their feet on the floor. This takes
weight off the spine and encourages circulation to the legs.
Adjustable tension modifies the level of resistance to suit the
user. Tilt lock allows the chair to tilt freely, or to be secured in an
upright position.

Positions the lumbar support in one of five positions within a
21⁄2" range on all Trooper models. Can be adjusted easily from
seated position.
