Community kid's tables come in all shapes and sizes just right for the shorter set. All tables are built for stability and functionality. Match tables with our kid's chairs for a cohesive look. All are made of wood and most offer a laminate top option.
Jefferson tables feature a wood bullnose 1 1/4" thick edge with inset veneer or laminate top. Jefferson tables feature plate/barrel nut construction for added stability. Available in Oak or Maple wood species in 27 finishes.

JEFFERSON TABLES FEATURE 2.375 TAPERED
WOOD LEGS AND PLATE-BARREL NUT
CONSTRUCTION FOR ADDED STABILITY.
Specifications:
Materials: All wood shall be thoroughly air and kiln dried to a moisture content not
exceeding 6% at the time of assembly. All exposed wood and veneer to be well
sanded and free from wormholes, pits and shakes.
Tops: Top sizes to be dependant upon the particular size and shape of the table ordered.
Top height from floor to be 29” standard (Juvenile height of 27” and children’s
height of 25” are also available). 3-ply balanced construction wood veneer tops are
available. As well as high-pressure laminate top with matching wood grain pattern.
Special laminates available at a slight up charge. Tops are 1 3/16” thick.
Constructed with butt-jointed solid lumber bands, 1 1/8” thick particle board core,
and a gator-ply backing sheet.
Edge Options: Jefferson tables come with a 13/16” wide by 1 3/16” thick external wood rim
with a bullnose edge detail.
Construction: Tables are constructed using solid wood aprons and legs. Apron rails are
13/16” and 1” wide with a 3/16” radius on the bottom edge. The legs are 2 ”
square at the top and tapered to 1 !” at the bottom. Legs are eased on all
edges and are equipped with adjustable glides. Aprons are fastened to tops
using 1 Ѕ” wood screws. Legs are secured to a ј” x 5 x 5 steel plate using
two 5/16” x 3” bolts which thread into a 5/16” x 2” barrel nut embedded in the
leg. The steel plate then bolts into threaded metal inserts in the tabletop
using five 5/16” x 1” bolts. A black metal leg option is also available. These
legs are 3” in diameter and include an adjustable glide. The metal legs also
bolt to the table top.
Finish: Community’s multi-step step finish process includes a high quality translucent
stain and clear catalyzed varnish topcoat, which enhances and protects the natural
characteristic beauty of the wood. The finish combines durability and consistency
with the ease of being field repairable. Veneer tops are semi-open pore.
Warranty: Community warrants to the original purchaser that each table will be free from
defects in workmanship given normal use for five years of single shift service.
Tables used in restaurant applications are warranted for two years. Community
will, at its option, repair any defective merchandise with the terms of the warranty.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration or
misuse.
