Additional options include compartments, drawers and boots. CHOOSE ANY STANDARD LAMINATE FROM:FORMICA, PIONITE, OR WILSONART.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING GLOSS OR MIRRORED LAMINATES Specifications: Wood Species: Oak or Maple Detail of Materials: All wood shall be thoroughly air and kiln dried to a moisture content not exceeding 6% at the time of assembly. All exposed wood and veneer to be well sanded and free from work holes, pits and shakes. Tops: Top sizes to be dependent upon the particular size and shape of table ordered. Top height from floor to be 30” standard. Top surfaces are available in 1 ” thick Black Laminate, 1” thick Powdercoat, 1 3/16” thick Chemsurf Laminate (textured), or 1” thick Epoxy Resin.. Edge Options: Square edge standard Detail of Construction: Tables are constructed using solid wood aprons and legs. Apron rails are 13/16” thick and 5” wide. Aprons are fastened to tops using 1 Ѕ” wood screws. The legs are 2 ј” square with adjustable glides. Legs attach to the apron with two 3 Ѕ” leg bolts, solid oak corner blocks. Lock washers and hex nuts. Drawers (optional): Drawers are assembled using four corner, dovetailed box construction with exterior front attached separately. Sides and backs are 7-ply, 7/16” thick unidirectional birch wood. Interiors are sanded and finished with clear lacquer to protect against shrinking, swelling, or warping and to provide a clean, smooth feel and appearance. Compartments (optional): Openings for compartments are 3 ј” high, 15” deep, 15” wide. Black Plastic Boots (optional): Available to protect bottoms of legs against scratches and scuffs. Bottom is open to allow for adjustable glides. The leg protector is 2 ѕ” in height. Finish: Community’s multi-step finish process includes a high quality translucent stain and clear catalyzed lacquer topcoat, which enhances and protects the natural characteristic beauty of the wood. The finish combines durability and consistency with the ease of being field repairable. Warranty: Community’s warrants to the original purchaser that each table will be free from defects in workmanship given normal use for five years of single shift service. Tables used in restaurants applications are warranted for two years. Community will, at its options, repair or replace any defective merchandise with the terms of the warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration or misuse.
